Event Description: The Oxnard Chamber of Commerce is hosting a FREE seminar presented by Employers Group to discuss employers' obligations to comply with the new COBRA regulations stemming from the stimulus package. Due to the sudden implementation of the regulations, we have scheduled the seminar on Thursday, March 19.
