Event Description: A one-day intensive and interactive leadership training event focused on providing strategies for building an effective and dynamic leadership team at the Chamber. As the key Chamber leadership, the CEO and board members must be team players, innovators and visionaries, moving the Chamber forward and meeting change head on. They must be leaders who fully understand the mission of their Chamber and continually motive all those around them, resulting in a dynamic organization that serves the business community in an extraordinary manner. Both the Chamber chief paid officer AND members of the volunteer board of directors are strongly encouraged to attend this event.
