Event Description: Oxnard Chamber of Commerce has partnered with the Economic Development Collaborative-Ventura County's Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to present a FREE workshop on accessing interanational trade opportunities. International Trade expert and SBDC advisor Ray Bowman will present the workshop.
