Event Description: Join the Oxnard Chamber as we celebrate the new location of the Oxnard Family Circle Adult Day Health Care Center with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Mayor Tom Holden will help cut the ribbon, along with Chamber Board Members, Host Committee Members and staff. A open house will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 PM, the ribbon cutting will be at 5:30 PM.
