Dr. Bill Watkins, Executive Director of the Center for Economic Research and Forecasting at California Lutheran University, will present his research and forecast for Oxnard's local economy.

Joining Watkins as an additional speaker is Laurie Eberst, CEO of Operations of St. John's Regional Medical Center and St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital.
