About the Presenter Bridget Whitfield is the Director of Virtual HR Services at Express Services International Headquarters. In this position, Bridget is responsible for providing daily support to over 600 Express Employment Professionals' franchises throughout the US and Canada, as well as subscribers to the HR Hotline. Her previous HR experience has primarily been in the California market. Bridget is a professional member of the Society of Human Resource Management and hold her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation, as well as her California designation (PHR-CA).
